Fungry is operated by Fungry Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales. Fungry is a taste intelligence platform that generates personalised food recommendations based on your individual flavour profile (your “Taste ID”).
Fungry is a decision-support tool. Recommendations are generated by our algorithm based on your stated preferences and interactions. We do not guarantee that any recommendation will meet your expectations, and we are not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of any food or restaurant you choose based on our recommendations.
You may use Fungry if you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service.

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their explicit consent. You may not transfer your account to another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period. We will give you reasonable notice where possible. To delete your account, contact us at hello@getfungry.com.
Your Taste ID is a personalised flavour profile generated from your responses to our assessment and your subsequent interactions with the Service. It is the core of how Fungry works.
Your Taste ID is based on what you tell us and how you interact with the Service. The quality of your recommendations depends on the accuracy of your inputs. We cannot guarantee that recommendations will perfectly match your preferences in every case.
You can provide allergen and dietary restriction information to help us filter recommendations. However, Fungry is not a medical or allergy management service. You must always verify allergen information directly with the food provider before consuming any food. We accept no liability for adverse reactions resulting from reliance on Fungry’s recommendations for allergen or dietary management.
Fungry may license anonymised and aggregated taste insights derived from user data to food enterprise partners. This data is aggregated across many users and cannot be used to identify you individually. For full details of how we use your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for any violation of these acceptable use requirements.

All intellectual property in the Fungry platform — including the Service, software, algorithms, taste modelling system, design, text, graphics, and content produced by Fungry — is owned by or licensed to Fungry Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Fungry (such as reviews or profile information). By submitting content, you grant Fungry a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Fungry may display links to third-party websites, restaurant listings, or food delivery platforms. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
Fungry is not a food delivery or ordering platform. We do not process food orders, take payment for food, or have any commercial relationship with restaurants unless explicitly stated. Any transaction you make with a third-party food provider is solely between you and that provider.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to our Service or any content on it.
We do not warrant that
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Fungry Ltd shall not be liable to you for the above losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fungry Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Service; your breach of these Terms; your submission of false or misleading content; or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
You may stop using Fungry and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, for legal or regulatory reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Fungry platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The updated Terms will show the new effective date at the top.
Your continued use of Fungry after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint about the Service, please contact us first at hello@getfungry.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before either party pursues formal proceedings.
